1. Renter's and Driver's age: Minimum age required is 23 years old for group A and B, and 25 years old for groups C, D, E, F, L, and G.

2. Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 2 years ago. A valid passport have to be presented at time of rental.

3. Additional driver(s): No fee for second driver!.

4. Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable on checkout in cash or credit card.

5. Rent-it-here/Leave-it-there: This option is available only upon request at time of booking.

6. One Way Rental: It is subject to an agreement between renter and our company.

7. Delivery/Collection Charges: Upon request for all Bulgarian towns and cities; Bourgas, Varna, Sofia, and Plovdiv Airports.

8. Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law.

9. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) and Theft Protection (T.P): C.D.W. and Theft Protection are included without extra charge.

10. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.): This insurance is free and covers the driver and each passenger of the rent a car company.

11. Gasoline and Refueling Charge: Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental.

12. Lost registration documents: In case of lost a fine of 100 EUR will be charged.

13. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, are at the renter's expense.

14. Airport fee: 10,-Euro.

15. Deposit: No deposit!

16. The renters liability: For damage or theft to the car is included in price without any extra charge.
17. Special equipment: Baby seats, Child boosters, or Snow chains are free of charge!
